Modular 3-Way Sorting Table for High-Volume Material Handling
Declutter your outfeed and sort it out with the Cross Roller Deck (CRD) 3-Way Sorting Table. Available in modular 10’ (3m) length sections, the 3-Way Sorting Table transports material straight, left or right for further processing. The table was designed to sort high-volume, mixed material streams from the primary breakdown sawmill into three material classes. For ready-sawn material, heavy-duty rollers transport boards and cants straight forward through the middle table for staging. For flitches or slabs, cross chains on each modular section transfer material left or right to a gravity conveyor slide or chain conveyor for further processing including edging or resawing. The sorting table is controlled by the sawmill operator using a user-friendly control panel to direct material flow as needed. With modular options and additional material handling equipment available, your sorting system can expand with you as your operation grows.
