Compact Jointer Planer

Plane and mould material on one or two sides at once with the MP200 2-Sided Planer Moulder. The MP200 includes 1 horizontal top cutter and 1 vertical side cutter that can be fitted with planing knives or moulding profile knives to produce finished mouldings or flooring. With the top cutter and side cutter, planing or moulding material is completed on one or two adjoining sides in one pass. The power feed rollers move the board under the horizontal cutter and past the vertical side cutter with each pass. After planing the top and side of the board, simply flip the board over, adjust the table height, and plane the final two sides. After moulding a profile on the top or side of the board, simply change out the knives, adjust the table height and then mould the final two sides. With the MP200, you can completely plane and mould material on all four sides in only two passes. The MP200 is built to last with heavy duty cast-iron tables, durable sheet steel chassis, and premium components. Large In-Class Capacity

Up to 16" wide and 8-7/8" high one-sided planing capacity or 11-13/16" wide and 4" high 2-sided planing/moulding capacity.

2-Sided Planing and Moulding

The MP200 includes 1 horizontal top cutter and 1 vertical side cutter for planing and moulding on the top and side of material at the same time with each pass. Both cutters can be fitted with planing knives or moulding profile knives.

Four HSS Planer Knives Included

With every MP200 Planer Moulder, four HSS planer knives are included so you can begin producing finished material as soon as you set-up your machine. Two planer knives are included for the horizontal top cutter and 2 planer knives are included for the vertical side cutter. The top and side cutters can be also be fitted with various moulder knives (sold separately) for profiling.

Power Feed Rollers & Variable Feed

Steel and rubber power feed rollers steadily move the board through the machine to ensure a consistent profile form end to end even with uneven boards. Material is moved through the machine with a variable feed speed of 6 - 40 fpm.
