Two B72.5 Blade Wheel Belts
Two B72.5 Blade Wheel Belts (017922-1) are included. Compared to other blade wheel belts, the Wood-Mizer B72.5 retains its shape for a longer life as it is made from specially hardened material that doesn’t wear off as quickly as other belts do. For longer life, rotate belts every 50 hours. Estimated blade wheel belt life is up to 400 hours.
Two Blade Guide Rollers
Select one of two sets of Blade Guide Rollers for 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" sawmill blades (A04925) or 1-1/2" only sawmill blades (014299). For longer life, check the rollers for performance and wear every blade change by making sure the rollers are clean and spinning freely. Replace any rollers which have worn smooth or have become cone shaped. Estimated blade guide roller life is up to 1000 hours.
Three Cam Follower Bearings
Three 1-1/2" Cam Follower Bearings (012797) are included. For longer life, routinely remove sawdust from the track rail and roller housing and lubricate the track rail often. Replace any cam follower bearings which have developed a groove or indentation. Estimated cam follower bearing life is up to 1500 hours.
One Hydraulic Solenoid Kit
One Hydraulic Solenoid Kit 200A 12V (016371) is included.
