Wood-Mizer, a global-leading sawmill and woodworking equipment manufacturer, is pleased to announce a new Dealer location in Dresden, Ohio. Located one hour east of Columbus in east central Ohio, Wood-Mizer Ohio is the 19th sales location in the United States and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to sell, support and serve the sawmilling and forest industry throughout the world.
Operated by Steve Ward, Wood-Mizer Ohio will provide sales and service of Wood-Mizer sawmill, woodworking, and firewood processing products to customers throughout Ohio and surrounding areas. The new location will provide Wood-Mizer's industry-leading line of portable sawmill equipment, woodworking equipment, log splitters, as well as sawmill blades and common parts.
"As a fellow sawmill owner, Wood-Mizer's service, tech support, and products have been top-notch," Steve says. "My path with Wood-Mizer started several years ago by helping our neighbor with an LT40 portable sawmill saw up some lumber that came from our property. I then decided to purchase my own Wood-Mizer, a used LT30 portable sawmill. What started as a hobby has now come full circle. I'm excited for the new career partnership with Wood-Mizer and honored to represent a brand known for excellence. I look forward to serving the local community!
