Perfect for custom builders, craftsman, woodworkers, and small sawmill operations, the MP100 is a specialized moulder head that planes and moulds beams and columns that join together perfectly. Once you have squared up a log, you are ready to let the log moulder/planer do the rest.
The MP100 can be added to a Wood-Mizer LT15 model portable sawmill with three bed sections. With this combination, a log can be turned into a moulded product all in one place by using the sawmill head for sawing the log into a cant and using the MP100 for moulding/planing without having to move the beam to a separate machine.
Large Capacity Planing and Moulding
With a large 20-1/2" max planing width and 16" max moulding width, the MP100 can take on any sized project.

Plane and mould high quality finished beams with the MP100 log moulder/planer. The specialized moulder head planes rough wood surfaces smooth and moulds unique patterns to create columns or interlocking beams for many project possibilities.
Four Straight Knives Included
Four straight planer knives are included to provide a smooth surface finish.
Optional Profile Knives
Optional profile knives are sold separately including tongue & groove, d-face, and swedish cope. Knives are easy to change by sliding in and locking into place.
