Smart Hook Deck Transfer with Integrated Drop-Gate
The hook stop transfer deck transitions boards for edging to the speed-up loading
chains and discharges waste via an integrated drop-gate.
Board Infeed System
The integrated material handling system that the high-speed infeed table, centering clamps
and overhead hold-downs are part of centres and supports the board on infeed into the cut.
Linear Scanner System
A high-resolution, top
and bottom 3D scanner
linearly scans each board
to determine optimal cutlines
for the highest value
or volume that can be
recovered based on the input
parameters.
Sawing Zone
Up to 4x Servo controlled, independently moving blades and up to 3 smart picker fingers
on the outfeed, combine for fluid product sizing, optimal yield, and recovery, plus waste
removal capacity.
Outfeed System
At feed speeds of ≤400m/
min, the picker finger board
tailer outfeed and optional
slow-down belt smoothly feeds
boards out for downstream
processing.
Speed-Up Chain
The high capacity unscrambler effectively separates individual boards to be edged. An
even ending rollcase aligns all boards to a pre-determined zero lumber line where each
board is handled individually.
