Reduce manual labor with the BMS250 Bandsaw Blade Sharpener's automated system, including the sharpening of blades to a set amount of teeth, an auto-shutoff feature, and variable speed feed rate controlled from an easy-to-use panel. Sawmill blade installation is quick and simple due to the lifting capability of the hood enclosure and grinding wheel, and maintenance is minimal thanks to the exhaust vent and automated wiper pads that clean excess oil from the blade.
The versatile BMS250 Sharpener uses 5" full profile CBN grinding wheels which come in various profiles and are ready to sharpen out-of-the-box. It's equipped with a 1/2HP single-phase AC motor with a speed of 2800 rpm. Your blades stay cool during grinding with the oil lubrication system, and sustainability is maximized with magnets that attract the metal filings, cleaning the oil for reuse. The tooth pusher is adjustable for fine-tuning, and the blade height platform is easily adjusted to sharpen sawmill blades from 1"- 2" wide.
The BMT250 Dual Tooth Setter semi-automatically sets both sides of your blades with high quality and efficiency. An equipped electric power feed keeps your blade moving forward at a smooth pace until all teeth are set and ready for sawing.
