Woodchip Drying
Woodchip is a sustainable alternative to traditional fossil fuels, burned inside a biomass boiler to heat water without relying on oil or gas. Biomass boilers operate similarly to traditional boilers but are considered carbon-neutral, as the CO₂ absorbed by the trees during growth offsets the CO₂ released during combustion.
For optimal performance, woodchip must have a very low moisture content, significantly enhancing combustion efficiency. The fastest and most efficient method to achieve this is by drying the woodchip using a biomass and waste dryer.
